My career to date has given me the opportunity to work across both public and private sectors, developing a strong blend of operations, process, and transformation expertise. Through consulting, I bring this experience to my clients, combining it with the digital landscape to provide tailored, lasting change.

Focusing on the public sector allows me to address some of society’s most complex challenges and to deliver changes that ultimately improve the experience for citizens, especially at a time when value for public spending is paramount. This work is particularly meaningful to me, as we are all (or know someone close to us who is) patients, residents, and citizens in our communities.

However, none of this is possible without building strong relationships and partnerships with my clients. It’s essential that my team and I understand the unique intricacies of each organisation, their teams, and the people they serve. I thoroughly enjoy visiting client teams to learn how they work and to identify opportunities for us to solve challenges together and make a lasting impact.

About me – I am an avid sportsperson and have proudly played cricket and golf at the county level.
