With almost a decade of credit control experience, including eight years in the recruitment industry, I have developed a strong skill set in effectively managing our clients’ payment processes. In my role, I proactively identify any payment issues that may arise and ensure swift resolutions, prioritising the establishment and maintenance of solid relationships with our clients and consultants. Consistency is crucial in credit control, which can be challenging with NHS.

My main aim is to proactively address any potential issues before they lead to overdue invoices. During my 3 years at Keystream, I have collected £138 million, and our Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) is at it’s record low of 31 days.
