Shortly after starting my recruitment career in 2006, I realised there was gap in the market for an IT recruitment consultancy dedicated to the NHS and wider public sector, so we found Keystream in 2011 to address that gap. As Managing Director of our Recruitment arm, I now oversee and deliver all recruitment activities, including managing our larger, managed service projects. I’m committed to delivering growth by staying ahead of market trends, leveraging emerging technologies, and creating agile and capable teams.
